  and The Slits play the Screen on the Green, Cinema in Islington, London tonight. The gig is filmed by Roxy DJ Don Letts. 350 people witness it and it's Free admission, although you'd have had to have been a clairvoyant to know of existence on the street. The band don't come on stage till the early hours of the morning after a false start. This will be the last public performance on land in the U.K. till Wolverhampton in August.
